MS Access Utilities & Tools: MS Access is home to several applications globally. It offers flexibility and is an excellent option to users who often:

• need a working prototype
• are interested  in speed of development
• do not have the time and adequate human/financial resources
• do not wish to engage in an elaborate business analysis exercise
• require custom applications for which off the shelf packages are not available
